When do your books open?

Appointments are available 30 days in advance. 

I don’t see anything available, do you have a waitlist? 

 This is common but don’t be discouraged. In the case there is a cancellation for that specific date-we do have a waitlist you can add yourself to if the date you are looking for is not available.  

Are you accepting new clients? 

Yes! However, new clients are only accepted during the week. Saturdays are reserved for established clients. 

How do I become an established client?

 Being an established clients means you have continuously been at B&B for over a year without any no-shows. 

What is your cancellation policy? 

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment time or you may be charged a cancellation fee. Late cancellation fees and no show fees are 100% of the service. No shows will lose the ability to pre-book any appointments at the front desk and are subject to be blocked as a returning client.

This is my first time getting a Brazilian, what should I do before my appointment? 

Awesome! Avoiding caffeine for 5 hours before getting waxed can reduce sensitivity. Taking an Ibuprofen 1 hour before will aid in reducing sensitivity and inflammation. Also, exfoliating beforehand helps and be sure to wear loose clothing.

What is the difference between Brow Shaping & Brow Shaping (no fill)?

Getting a fill means we add a little brow product to finish. such as highlight and/or, brow pencil/powder. Your stylist will pick the best option to enhance your brow shape, however none of it is permanent.
